My name is Ben Franson, and I am a Native American designer of the Cheyenne-River Sioux tribe, born and raised on PDX goodness.
I believe we all have something we get 'nerdy' about. It can be anything from the standard video games and books to hobbies like gardening and biking. No matter what you geek out about, you deserve to feel good while enjoying that activity or thing. Every design I conjure is built to help people engage with that nerdy side of themselves and really dig deep into whatever they're doing, no matter how mundane of the task may be.
My goal as a designer is to produce work and partner with organizations that empower people to be themselves; whether that's designs which help you understand yourself, feel integrated into society, or connect more deeply with your passions.
